The PlayStation Blog has announced today its new batch of games coming to the PlayStation Plus catalog for the month of October 2022. This new batch of games ranges from all sorts of genres, bringing their unique gameplay mechanics to the table.

PlayStation Plus users will get the opportunity to play games like Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Inside, and one of the biggest games on the list GTA: Vice City. The full batch of games will be able to play starting October 18th. However, you will need to have the Extra or Premium version of PlayStation Plus. Sony recently redesigned PS Plus for its members offering them different tiers, which unlock special privileges. The pricing varies but the higher you go up on the scale, the more benefits you will see. The new game catalog is a feature that has been well-perceived by gamers and offers a ton of versatility in its program.

PlayStation bringing Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is a great choice as it will be turning 20 years old this month. On October 29th, Vice City will be officially 20 years old, which is crazy to think about. Vice City was a gigantic game for its time; released a year after Grand Theft Auto III, Vice City became a trailblazer for the crime genre, with its epic open-world setting that is a fictionalized version of Miami, Florida.

This game used everything that made the predecessor so great but improved on pretty much everything too, with its slick new gameplay, higher quality graphics, more of that classic Rockstar humor, and one of the most iconic protagonists in the series.
