From the Sandgate Village Keeper's Shrine, head right and drop down to the area where you will meet Xu-Dog for the first time. Head down to the body of water and defeat Lang-Li-Guhh-Baw, who drops the formula.

From the Precept Corridor in the Bitter Lake, head straight past the New West Meditation Spot to find the formula inside a small container.

From the Temple Entrance in New Thunderclap Temple, head straight to the building ahead and exit it to reach the staircase on both sides. Head up the stairs on the left and go forward, heading left and down the stairs. There should be a building in front of you to enter and go to on the upper floor. Exit the room and head left, where you will find the Horse Guai and the formula at the end inside a container.

From the Verdure Bridge in Webbed Hollow, cross the small broken wooden bridge ahead and turn left. After the cutscene, head right through the doorway to find multiple chests. The chest on the extreme left should have the formula.

From the Verdure Bridge, head straight, drop down into the hole, and continue forward until you reach a fork in the path. Head left, up the stairs, and turn right of the tree to find another set of stairs. Go up these stairs and head inside the small house on the right to find the formula.

From the Petalfall Hamlet Keeper's Shrine, head straight up the bridge, then the stairs to reach the area where you meet Daoist Mi for the first time. Turn right, and at the end of the path, turn left through the side of the house. Keep going straight up the bridge to reach a house with a formula on a table.

After unlocking the Secret Area Bishui Cave, head along the main path, and right before dropping to the first Keeper's Shrine, you will find this formula. If you want to go from the Keeper's Shrine, you can turn around, jump, and do a heavy attack to perform a double jump and head forward to find the formula.

From the Verdant Path Keeper's Shrine, head forward and defeat the Supreme Inspector boss.
