How To Enter Flaming Mountains Secret Area In Black Myth: Wukong
To trigger the side quest, players need to defeat the Pale-Axe Stalwart, who can be found just beyond the Ashen Pass I Keeper's Shrine. After beating him, fans of games featuring Chinese mythology need to exhaust all of his dialogue and then stick to the path tied to the story. On their way, players will encounter these three carts:
- Brown-Iron Cart: It appears after players climb the stairs near the Pale-Axe Satleart's arena.
- Gray-Bronze Cart: After activating the Height of Ember Keeper's Shrine, head down to find the Gray-Bronze Cart in a narrow alleyway.
- Crimson-Silver Cart: Players can find this particular enemy just after beating the Keeper of Flaming Mountains and the Yin-Yang Fish.
Players will find the final cart towards the end of the chapter. After meeting Red Boy, players can either beat him or just lose the fight to spawn at the nearest shrine. From here, backtrack and keep an eye on the left side. They will notice a path that was opened by the massive metal ball, and it can be used to reach the bottom of the slope.
As they reach the lowest point, a cutscene will play consisting of the Rusty-Gold Cart and the Pale-Axe Stalwart. Once it is over, beat the enemy to gain entry to the Bishui Cave.
Players should fast travel to the Emerald Hall Keeper's Shrine after fighting the Crimson Cart as the Pale-Axe Stalwart and once again exhaust all of his dialogue.
How To Beat The Bishui Golden-Eyed Beast In Black Myth: Wukong
The Boss Is Agile And Packs A Punch
The Bishui Golden-Eyed Beast can be found at the very end of the secret area, so players need to stick to the critical path. This particular enemy is very aggressive and won't give players too much time to adjust themselves. Most of Bishui Golden-Eyed Beast's attacks are infused with fire, making it extremely important to avoid them. Players can also use the Fireproof Mantle , which can be obtained by defeating the Elder Jinchi in Chapter 1. This Vessel provides temporary immunity against fire attacks, thus making players resistant to Burn.
During the middle of the battle, the Bishui Golden-Eyed Beast will charge at players, while leaving behind a trail of flames. Players should be careful and dodge out of the way to avoid damage. This massive enemy is also capable of leaping into the air and diving towards the players. Before this attack, the Bishui Golden-Eyed Beast roars, which should be your cue to run away.
This Yaoguai King also breathes fire, which can easily kill the Destined One, so use the Body-Cooling Powder or Fireproof Mantle. After beating the enemy, players will obtain the Bull King's Horn, a rare resource needed to craft armor.
