Black Myth: Wukong— How To Get Dark Iron Staff

Black Myth: Wukong has a plethora of weapons, giving players the freedom to pick one that suits their style the best. Most weapons, if not all, have unique abilities, which act as an incentive to make the players use them. Despite each weapon being special, there are some discrepancies between them.

Some staffs in Black Myth: Wukong have superior stats, and their unique abilities are better than others. Players will obtain most weapons in their first playthrough, but a few can only be obtained after starting New Game+. TheDark Iron Staff is one of them.

How To Unlock Dark Iron Staff In Black Myth: Wukong

The Dark Iron Staff is the final upgrade of the Cloud-Patterned Stone Staff . So, before anything else, players need to find the Cloud-Patterned Stone Staff. This particular weapon can be obtained by beating Shingadang, a secret boss that can be summoned after gathering six of Buddha's Eyeball

• The first eyeball can be found near the Squall Hideout Keeper's Shrine.
• The second eyeball is not far from the Squall Hideout Keeper's Shrine either. Go forward and stick to the right. You will find wooden stairs leading up to a platform with Buddha's head.
• The next Buddha's eyeball will be visible from the wooden scaffolding. Move the camera and keep it focused on the ground. You should find the third eye.
• Players can find the fourth eyeball in a cave. Turn around from the place where you extracted the third eyeball. Keep going forward, and you should see a path on the right. Head inside and then take a left to find the eyeball.
• Go back to the entrance of the cave, but take a left. Stay on the left side, and, ultimately, you will encounter the Mother of Stones. After beating the enemy, take a right to find the fifth one.
• The final eyeball is only a few paces from the Rockrest Flat Keeper's Shrine.

After collecting all of Buddha's Eyeballs, players need to return to the same place where they fought the Stone Vanguard. There should be a big rock with faces. Approach it to trigger the fight. After beating it, the Cloud-Patterned Stone Staff should be available to craft.

How To Get Dark Stone Staff In Black Myth: Wukong

The Dark Iron Staff Is A Powerful Weapon

Go to any Keeper's Shrine and craft the Cloud-Patterned Stone Staff. The next upgrade will be the Staff of Blazing Karma . For this upgrade, players need three Samadhi Fire Crystals, which can be obtained by beating Flint Vanguard, Flint Chief , and Mother of Flamlings . Upon crafting the Staff of Blazing Karma , players will be able to make the Dark Iron Staff as long as they have the following items:

• Golden Tree Core x4
• Kun Steel x2
• The Bull King's Iron Horn x2

Players must beat the Bishui Golden-Eyed Beast to get the Bull King's Iron Horn.

After successfully obtaining all the items, players should be able to make the Dark Iron Staff. The weapon's stats and ability can be found below.​​​​​

This weapon goes rather well with Bull King's Armor Set, which improves the Destined One's defense significantly.
