Toy importer Xtreme Toy Zone is recalling their Dinosaur toys.
Toy importer Xtreme Toy Zone, Los Angeles, is recalling approximately 480 toy dinosaurs because surface paints on the toys contain excess lead.
Xtreme Toy Zone’s Dinosaur Carnosaurus recalled in December 2008The recalled “Dinosaur Epoch” toy dinosaurs are battery-operated dinosaurs that move and make sounds. The recall includes the orange-colored Dinosaur Brachiosaurus (model #1033) and the green, yellow and orange Dinosaur Carnotaurus (pictured; model #1030). The model number can be located on the toy’s battery cover.
The toys were sold at: Xtreme Toy Zone’s website from May 2008 through October 2008 for between $15 and $20.
The toys were made in China.’
