Riding high on the coattails of Konami’s popular “Busou Shinki” line, Bandai is looking get its own piece of the Robo-Girl pie with the upcoming release of its new line, Moebain. Merging the design aesthetic of the popular Mugenbine series (robots with endless combination options) with that of cute anime girls, Bandai hopes to capture both robot fans and figure fans in one fell swoop.
The first series of five figures is slated for release in march and will retail for 8,000 yen per box.
